OPAC checkboxes are small targets on mobile devices

On mobile devices the checkboxes that appear on the baskets pages, on My Account pages such as the Current Items Checked Out, and in search results are very small and difficult to activate as a result. On some pages, such as the Current Items Checked Out page these lack a label making them even harder to select. (On search results pages if you miss the checkbox but get the label instead you are fine, though even here the target area for the label is much smaller than it need be.)
