Bug Description
Reports that include the "Is deleted" field output the value as 0 or 1. This is hugely confusing. Is there any way to transform that to true/false or yes/no?

I agree that the 0/1 is confusing to most users. One thing I do sometimes is change the column label in the report template to add a tip, something like "Deleted? (1=Yes,0=No)"
