Bug Description
It would be useful to have an indicator on the holds receipt that the patron prefers curbside pickup, like the public holds shelf indicator that already exists.

It would be great if the patron could have the option to mark the hold as Curbside = True at the time the hold was placed. This could be another flag in the action.hold_request table, like behind_desk. I could see that flag being useful on the pull list, and in ready for pickup notifications (if it's true, have a link to the catalog to schedule pickup) in addition to the Hold Slip receipt.
