Check In Alerts Don't Appear on Subsequent Scans if the Item is Captured for a Hold

Evergreen 3.5.1 and 3.6

If an item with a check in alert and a hold is scanned into the Check In screen on the first scan the check in alert appears followed by the hold slip pop up. On the second, and any further scans, only the hold slip pop up appears.

When an item with a check in alert (and no holds) is scanned into the Check In screen the check in alert appears every time the item is scanned.

Ideally, if an item has a check in alert it should appear every time the item is scanned into Check In.
