Angular Staff Catalog: Difficult to view holdings at other libraries

Bug Description

In 3.6.1 Angular Staff Catalog:

If you limit your search to a single branch and open a record, there is no ability to view other libraries holdings without either a) going to the Holdings tab (which is not circ-staff-friendly) or b) going back to the search results and changing the org unit dropdown and re-searching.

In the public staff catalog (both the old one and the new Bootstrap one), there are links to easily expand the search to the system or consortium level (see attached screenshot).

If you search a specific branch and also check Results from All Libraries, this will include in the search results list indications of the numbers of holding for the CONS, SYS, and BR, including titles not owned by the search BR, and when opening a record it will show all copies in the item table.

I tested this using the community server https://bugsquash.mobiusconsortium.org/eg/staff (3.6.0) (and also my local 3.6.3 client)

1. Search Keyword = violin, Search library BR1, check Results from All Libraries
2. Result 1 - Violin Concert - 33 total items, 9 at BR1
3. Item Table lists all items (rows set to show 50)
