Bug Description
On the course details page of the public catalog, all data in the Course Materials display is styled in green. Only those fields that are actually links should be styled in green. Additionally, titles should not display with quotation marks.

Looks like the course material links follow the same style as the rest of the links in the OPAC. Ours are all blue.
I agree with Beth that the titles on the course details page shouldn't be in quotes.
(Tested in 3.8.0)
