Bug Description
Tested on 3.3, 3.4, and 3.5
Clicking outside of an alert box rather than on the "ok" or "cancel" buttons count as a cancel.
For example, when checking in a Lost item, and the alert comes up warning that the item is lost, if you accidentally click outside the alert box, you may not even see the alert and not realize the item didn't actually check-in.
This is to spark discussion on if it would be better to make alert boxes mandatory in the sense that you must either click OK or CANCEL for it to go away.

I think the expectation should be that you click a button. My two cents.
