Adding New Address to Org Unit the Is Valid checkbox deselects upon Save

Bug Description
EG Version 3.4
When adding a new address to an organization unit, the Is Valid? checkbox is selected by default. Once the user saves a new address, the Is Valid? checkbox automatically deselects. The user is required to re-select the Is Valid? checkbox and save once more. This can be easily overlooked by a user. I do not know if the automatic deselection is just an aesthetic issue in the UI or if it is, in fact, invalidating the org unit address.
