Booking: Create reservation by specific resource barcode no error or warning to indicate resource is already booked. No error or warning to indicate no available resources.

Create Reservation by specific barcode there is no error or anything to indicate that the resource is unavailable. The UI should fail with a helpful error message when a user tries to make a reservation on a resource that is already booked.

- this happens if you choose resource by barcode
- this happens if you choose a specific resource from the resource drop down in the confirm reservation popup

I found that if you choose "Any Resource" instead of entering or choosing a specific barcode -> Evergreen will not create a duplicate.

But we’re having another issue with choosing “Any Resource” if no resource is available a reservation is created no resource assigned. The UI should fail with a helpful error message that there are no available resources.
