Bug Description
We would like the ability for patrons to make partial payments via the OPAC. Currently patrons can only pay a complete bill. They can pay individual bills and not all of the bills on the account but must pay the complete bill that is chosen to pay. If a patron owes $100 for an item they would like to pay for it online via the OPAC in smaller payments.
This is a wish list item.

Yes please! I just had to tell a patron that partial payments were not possible with a credit card, and nobody was happy about that!
