Bug Description
Evergreen 3.1.7
When a patron misscans a barcode in the Evergreen self check a pop up will appear alerting the patron (if pop up alerts are set to true in the library settings). The patron needs to acknowledge the alert by clicking OK to continue; however, scanning a barcode will also close the alert. If a patron isn't paying attention to the screen they can easily miss checking out two items - the first being the misscan that brought up the pop up and the second the one they scanned which closed the pop up. This is resulting in a number of items being returned that weren't checked out.
Ideally the pop up alert should only close on a mouse click like the pop up alerts in the web client check in screen.
Another option would be to make the alert more visibly noticeable. Currently the alert is simply small text on a white background which can blend in. The pop up looks like the standard pop up for the browser so I'm not sure how much customization would be possible.
