Wishlist: a nice way to re-order a line item from a different provider when provider 1 cancels it

Bug Description

Currently, when a line item is canceled, we have to start again from scratch if we want to re-order it from a different provider. Trying to add the canceled line item to another PO doesn't work, because its status is canceled.

It would be convenient to have a way to try that line item again with a different provider.
