The hold count on the record screen does not include M type holds

Bug Description
Tested on Evergreen 3.0 and 3.1
The record screen in the opac has a holds count statement (i.e 0 current holds with 2 total copies.) This count is not including any Meta-record holds. You can bring up a record in the the web client and click on the view holds tab to see how many holds are on that bib record and what type of hold. If you compare the holds on that tab to the Current hold statement the count will be short for each Meta-record hold.
