Bug Description
It might be nice if, when the juvenile flag of a patron is turned off (via the juv_to_adult.srfsh script, batch patron edit action, or manually) to have the option for an Action/Trigger event to be created. This would allow sending a notification to the patron advising them of their (presumably) greater privileges.
