Improve Holdings View display of hierarchical information

This is intentional to provide hierarchical information. We could try to do that in other ways...

Hmmmm...I think I may have an old mock-up lying around with suggested improvements. I'll see if I can dig it up and post it.

The problem with using this approach for hierarchical information is that it looks like libraries with short names are subsidiaries of libraries with long names. In the attached screenshot, for example, it really looks like Scio is a subsidiary of Albany.

Here is the mockup we created a while ago to improve alignment and display of Holdings View. I'm not sure how doable it is.

For anybody that takes this on, I wanted to pass along the WAI-ARIA authoring practices for Treegrids, which seem like a good way to measure the usability and accessibility of any hierarchical Holdings View design.

Another bug that makes moving entirely to the web client problematic so trying to revive it since nothing has happened in two years.

This is another usability bug that affects libraries with branches, the owning library column takes up too much space in order to show branch names and it does look like branches with shorter are subsidiaries of the one above in the list.
