Walrus object name with chinese/japanese unicode characters

Bug Description
When the object name contains a japanese/chinese unicode character then Walrus is not responding gracefully.
We are unable to delete the object that contains ???? instead of the required unicode characters.
Walrus should return correct error codes for putobject in this scenario
Note: The walrus server might not be enable to have these japanese/chinese unicode characters
