problem page should display information about device images and rootfs builds affected

Similar to the package versions table with information about release and package versions with which the error has occurred there should be a table for device images and rootfs builds. I'd think the column names should be device image and rootfs build, then the versions would appear as the row names. However, given the quantity of image versions we may not want to display versions that are unaffected.
