errors table should accept a customized limit

Bug Description
The api allows you specific a limit so that you don't have 100 errors returned. The landing page at errors.ubuntu.com should allow you to use the same parameter, so something like this would work.

Actually it looks like static/ js/most_ common_ problems. js would need changing so that one could override the default limit of 100.
