pylintrc line 62:
# XXX: rockstar - W0511 checks for XXX, TODO, and FIXME
After we eliminate all the TODO and FIXME tech debt, we should enable this flag but remove XXX as an item to scan for. This would permit XXX in the code, but we should only land code with XXX in it in the most extreme cases. Furthermore, any XXX will need to be filed as a bug immediately after the associated branch lands in the trunk.
