Bug Description

The JustifiedTextMenuItem was deleted and a justified property was added to TextMenuItem in its place (for good reason), but this change introduced in a regression in the width. Because of the way TextMenuItem width is calculated, the new TextMenuItems that are justified are noticably narrower in width.

Samuel, I think you should be able to figure out how to fix this since you just finished the justify property.
