Agregar una opción para decirle que intente N cantidad de veces al worker que baja el archivo antes de darse por vencido.

This could be a nice solution for the "transient backend failures" problem.
We could even hard code it, like: try it 5 times, with some sleeping in the middle (5s first time, 10s second time, 30s the rest of attempts)
