When IP geolocation only discovers country, the Local Radios section does not work

Whenever the IP geolocation discovers only country, or the discovered city is not in Radiotime's database, the Local Radios leads to a list of folders instead of direct stations. This menu entry is broken if this is the case.

Steps to reproduce:
- go to a city (or proxy through it) which Radiotime does not have in its database
- enter the 'Local Radios' section

Current result:
- there's a list of folders with default icons
- accessing the folders does not work

Expected result:
- there's a list of folders with no icons
- accessing a folder displays a list of stations
