All day calendar events have an off-by-one error

Bug Description
If you make an event on the Calendar that is all-day, it will display on the previous day's box. This does not happen if All-day is not selected and times have been specified. It happens on multiple days (and so does not only affect one date).

In my case the same happens for timed events as well, not just all day events.
