Is there anything that makes you believe this is related to elementary OS? We do not maintain this browser, but ship the one packaged upstream by Ubuntu.

Thank you for the excellent question. The problem is indeed with
epiphany project. I installed epiphany on linux lite and it too failed
to launch "help". I'll check with epiphany project. Thanks again.

FWIW: I'm the upstream maintainer of Epiphany. I've never received a bug report about this nor heard of the issue until now. I suspect it's specific to elementary. The only thing I can think of is to make sure that you have Yelp installed ('which yelp').

Thanks - confirmed this by installing epiphany-browser on ubuntu mate
that does have yelp installed and help works fine.

- I removed elementary OS from my laptop since I posted the bug, so
can't check on that but I will let the elementary developers know.

Cheers,

Kostas

I suspected it might've been GNOME since you also mentioned "linux lite".
