Files icon is not in Dock on fresh install

Bug Description
I installed Elementary OS and there is no icon or link for the file manager in the dock. After downloading a new browser, I could not figure out how to open the Download folder to run the installer. How do I access the default file manager. I am a Linux noob.

Just click on application in top left and you will find Files (Pantheon files manager)
