In Freya screen brightness not remember after restart and logout

Bug Description
Fresh install Elementary OS 0.3 Freya 64bit.
After restart the brightness is set to maximum, or after logout/login is set to minimum.
Setting brightness work but not remember.
Now, if I add this:
acpi_backlight=
in Grub line, brightness work ok, but still problem with logout/login - brightness is set to maximum.
