Bug Description
In Ubuntu, when, for instance, I click a link in an application outside of my web browser (e.g., a PDF in Evince), the default web browser will open this in the background, the dock unhide and the icon wiggle.
There is no such behaviour in Freya, which is useful to let me know that the action has actually gone through, even if I were to read this link later.
