problem report don't work anymore

Bug Description
installed as beta1, updates to newest version.
when programs crash and the report problem dialog appears, it don't sends the information or only the browser don't open.
i have chromium as default browser.
if i start the "Report a Problem" from the dock, chromium opens like expected.
