Bug Description
Calculator gives a dot as a decimal input, but my language settings are Dutch. Calculator gives an error. I have to use a comma. It would be nice if Calc automatic converts the dot into the comma with Dutch language settings.

And vice versa, if you should happen to be on system with a language that uses a dot, but you use a comma because that is native to you.
In short, they should just both be interpreted as the same in any case.
