Bug Description
Ekiga is a VoIP (Internet) phone. During the initial install wizard there is an option to 'Test' by doing a 4-second delay loopback test.
This test is not accessible from any of the menus or preferences after installation. It should be available to test everything is correctly configured and working (for example checking that microphone and speakers are working).

You can start the configuration druid from Edit menu. On page 7/10, you can do the test again.
But I agree that this test should be easily accessible.
