Bug Description
In my ubuntu setup I'm using an encrypted home since long time but since version 23.04 (Lunar) it seems like something changed and root user (at least) is able to access the mounted home of a user.
Until at least 22.04 (I'm not sure about 22.10), the root user was unable to access a user home directory, and that was my desired and expected behavior.
Maybe in 23.04 some default mount options changed?
Digging a bit around I found a allow_other or allow_root fuse mount options: maybe one of them is enabled by default somewhere?
If yes, how can I disable them and have the usual behavior?
