graphical and terminal mount of Private fail

Bug Description

Any attemp to mount Private fail. Graphical login via Access_Your_Private_Data flashes terminal screen and then exits, no data entry is possible. Terminal use of ecryptfs-mount-private returns no error but still no access to Private via Dolphin. Have utilized this guid to uninstall and reinstall ecryptfs but error persists through reboots and reinstalls. Worked upon initial install but now no longer works.

What is the version of Ubuntu? Did you follow those procedures exactly? Could you give us more information (error info) about what you have done every step?
