First five lines of a bank import file are not imported

It appears that the first lines of a bank import file are not imported. I have a bank import file with a first line describing the column names. A few of the following bank import lines are not imported. When inserting additional commenting lines, the bank import works entirely fine.

It would be useful to use a comment indicator like ; or # to skip a line for import. My current workaround is to insert additional lines at the beginning of a bank import file. However, this is a manual task that would be nice to be avoided.
