Download / install failures appear as success

Bug Description

After failures during download or install, the easyubuntu gui will put a tick in the boxes. Really it should try to detect that the packages really have been installed.

Code already exists for this (in gtkfrontend.py) when easyubuntu starts up. So basically need to re-run this to grey out the tick boxes at end of running easyubuntu.
