can't install: refresh rate out of range

Bug Description
Hi, I can't run LiveCD Ubuntu 7.10 ... because when PC boots with CD and I select start or intstall (first boot option)...
LCD monitor show error: refresh rate is out of range...
unbuntu try show VGA 1280x1024 at 85Hz ... but LCD knows only 60 Hz
(using integrated graphic card SIS)
How may I solve it?
I try too select smaller resolution (at boot menu) or select rescue VGA mode, but I always see error: refersh rate is out of range, because ubuntu set refresh rate to 85Hz
