fix broken packages first - gstreamer

Fresh install Edgy606LTS, fresh install Easy Ubuntu.

Use EU to auto-update repositories list and it dumps a whole load of dapper junk in there.

As many Edgy apps depend on Edgy versions and EU tries to install Dapper versions the whole thing starts to melt and throws,

UnboundLocalError: local variable 'repos_URI' referenced before assignment

which is bad :-(

Fixing with editing /etc/apt/sources.list and manually synaptic updating

No problem in Feisty. Well, no problem with EU, the fact that feisty is a bug ridden PoJ is another matter :-)
