Bug Description

The Wifi LED is not working with following device:
 Atheros Communications Inc. AR242x 802.11abg Wireless PCI Express Adapter
in kernel 2.6.27.18.
The attached patch fixes this problem.

This is a kernel patch. If you want to apply this patch you must have the kernel source installed and compile the kernel yourself. The easier way is to install a recent easypeasy kernel which already has this patch included.
For example:
http://files.getdropbox.com/u/709242/kernel/linux-image-2.6.30.1-ep0_2.6.30.1-ep0-10.00.Custom_i386.deb

If you install this kernel you have to check if the initrd image has been created! Otherwise the kernel will fail with panic, because uuid doesn't work without initrd. Also check menu.lst if it has a initrd-entry!
