Users changing nicks in a strange way

Bug Description
Lately I have been noticed that a lot of users changing nicks on our hub (r392, but in earlier versions too). This is strange, since why a girl would become a boy or [HUN]Borka become [RO][B]

Are you sure some OP is not playing around with rename commands? Check out the cmdlog.
