Bug Description
In the configuration page "Prevent users from using the registration form " don't do anything.
After testing the 7.x dev branch on my drupal 7.8 installation. If the option is marked i will not be able to see the registration page, and will be redirected to the access denied page.
But when un-mark this option the same happen, i will not be able to access the registration page.
