SQL_LIST instances need to be replaced with some STL or Boost datastructure.

I think I am pretty close to getting this finished. I don't think there is
really a lot left to do.

I think, it is already committed as we are using boost lib in most of the plugin.

We have a few places in kernel that we're still using it... it *may* be
not too much of a project to fix some of these.
