AppMenu drawer ignores localisation

Bug Description

If you manually create a drawer and add apps using the dash, the apps get the localised names.

If you create an AppMenu drawer, the apps only get an English name.

E.g.

AisleRiot Solitaire (/usr/share/applications/sol.desktop) added to ~/.local/share/applications/GamesTest.desktop drawer appears as “Cluiche Aonair AisleRiot” but in the AppMenu drawer ~/.local/share/applications/Games.desktop it appears as “AisleRiot Solitaire”.

In both cases the Desktop Action gets 1 Name key, but it’s in a different language.
