Cherry-picked documents on test server

The cherry-picked external sources on pages on the test sever don't work until the permanent address is amended to use the test server's address (we were aware of this before, but I'm pointing it out now so we can think about how to avoid this in future when testing!).

However, I've also just noticed that the yellow box on the Silva CMS page for the dl cherry external source no longer displays the permanent address like it used to. It now just says: List OAI items.

Is this meant to work this way now?
