Bug Description
This is very weird!
We have a number of currently available documents in a category in the DL. They were showing up on the web site earlier today. They have all been available for months and haven't been amended in any way until this morning.
I updated a few of the documents to new versions today, and on visiting the web page it now only shows the documents that I have updated today. The other documents that were showing earlier (which are all still within their dates in regards to availability) are no longer appearing!
I've double-checked everything (the documents, the web page and the DL Listing objects, including clearing the local web browser settings for cache, cookies, etc.) and everything is exactly as it should be! I deleted and recreated the DL Listing object in Silva, but got the same results!
For some reason, unless the documents are amended today then the update is ignoring the other available documents!
Further to the problem reported earlier, the documents in question are to be found within the Document Library User Guides located at /isd/guides/dl on our staff web site.
The guides in question are split into two sub-categories within the 'Staff/Document Library' category - 'important' and 'standard' - and it is the 'important' category where we first noticed the problem.
The relevant DL listing item in Silva (isd-guides- dl-important) was deleted and recreated and it still doesn't display currently 'available' documents *unless* they have been amended, submitted, approved and made available today. The older 'available' documents are not appearing there.
We haven't investigated any other sections as we don't want to lose those that are currently working okay (baring in mind that the listing was showing all the correct documents earlier today untilk I updated one of them and re-submissed, approved and made it available).
