Bug Description

Uploading a PDF document as the 'original' version generates a System Error.

This also happens if you try to upload the pdf within a zip fle (as a multiple submission).

This used to work fine using the DL on Cosmos last year.

I think Daniel said this was because the PDF to text conversion hasn't been installed on arana (i.e. it only happens if you have the 'generate plain text' option ticked when you upload a PDF as the 'original'.

I installed 'pdftotext' through the xpdf-utils package and that fixed the problem.
