Bug Description
Librarian's can cancel their own rights to act as Librarian for a category (by deselecting themselves in the appropriate screens). As soon as they do this, the DL (quite rightly) says that they can't access the resource.
This has probably been present in all versions of the DL, but is repeatable in v1.1b.
This isn't a major problem as such, as a manager can re-activate the appropriate librarian rights within the DL.
