Matte theme has reflections in 3D mode

Bug Description
Currently all themes have reflections in 3D mode. This looks nice most of the time, but it's out of place on a theme like "Matte". By definition, matte is not reflective, and the reflections throw off the whole feel of the (otherwise beautiful) theme.
One solution could be to allow themes to specify reflectivity (it would default to on) in 3D mode.

I'm using the Matte theme and I didn't really notice this. I mean yeah, you are correct but it doesn't seem like a huge deal to me. If it bugs you then stop using 3D? :-p
