Bug Description
No matter how I launch nautilus, even from the command line, when minimized to the dock, Docky shows the "Network" icon, and literally displays the text "Network" when one rolls over it. I created a new launcher for Nautilus, and that does properly display in the dock.

What version of Ubuntu?
Also if it shows an icon and text, that means that *some* launcher on your system is set with exec=nautilus, that icon, and that text! Try looking in /usr/share/ applications and see if you can find such a .desktop file.
