Too many docks when removing a monitor

Bug Description
Start with 2 monitors. Place a dock everywhere possible (should be 6 docks, 3 per monitor). Now unplug the second monitor.
Docky handles this currently by moving the docks on the removed monitor onto the remaining monitor. If there are a total of 4 (or less) docks this is fine. In this case however you wind up with docks stacked on top of each other.
