Bug Description

Unmounted devices are hidden in Mounter plugin, but I think they should appear, having the possibility to mount them, as the plugin of the Gnome panel. Perhaps, there should be a different icon, or the unmounted devices icons should have more transparency to difference between mounted and unmounted devices.

Likewise, certain mounted devices should have the option to be hidden.

What we need is a tileview config for the plugin that lists all devices and lets the user decide if they should always show, always hide, or be dynamic.

A previous version of the Mounter addin showed unmounted devices, but I couldn't figure out how show the difference between mounted and unmounted very well, so I removed that piece. Showing permanent disks that are unmounted with a slight transparency might work though. I'll look into it.
