tiny tooltips when using high resolution

Bug Description

Morning team

Very minor visual bug.

Please see attached screen shot for example of tooltip text size.
When using Retina resolution, tooltip is nearly unreadable.

Environment:
Running Mint (17.2 - cinnamon) as a VM on Mac Book Pro (Retina Display).
VMware fusion 7.1.2
Docky 2.2.0 & Docky 2.2.1.1 bzr docky r1865 ppa
Screen Resolution 2880x1800 (Using Hi-DPI (double user interface scaling, for high resolution))
